Federal employees under FERS or CSRS, federal retirees, veterans, and their spouses. You do not need to be near retirement — employees ten or more years out often get the most from the day, because more options are still open to them.

Yes. Sessions are presented bilingually and all materials are available in English and Spanish. Ask your questions in whichever language you prefer.
